29 November 2006 Can you see into the future?
I wished I could blog while I swim because usually there's nothing to do but er, swim. The mind wanders and I begin to think of many many things which I could blog about to spice this place up. It's funny how I have so many things to say, but when I'm sitting in front of the computer, nothing substantial seems to come out. Anyways, I wanted to blog yesterday because it was the 28th November. I could still remember the mixed feelings I had one year ago before I left for Nan. Funny how things turned out. I hope this year's OCIP trip will be smooth and the participants will enjoy it as much as I have. On the other hand, I've been busy planning for my NZ trip with my dad. Every night we spent like 3-4 hours planning. It doesn't seem like a difficult thing to do - planning what to do, the sights to see, the places to stay. But the process of it is so time consuming and frustrating! I will be spending 17 nights in NZ, of which 3 nights have been accounted for and I am staying 2 nights at Queenstown. That means, my family and I will be staying at 14 different motels in all. On average, we enquire about 3 motels in one area, that means I'll have to send close to 50 emails. Not counting car rentals, cruises, and the ferry from North to South island. So many things to do and so little time. Plus, I'm a worrier, I worry too much. Thats my bad. But its all good for now, its comforting to know that at least I'll be having the time of my life when I'm there ( I hope). |
