LorD oF ThE RingS PosteR!!!!!!!!!!!!!
yes! i got it! haha. but it was a dissapointment. the poster was so small and it was full of words! and aragorn was drawn on it! it wasnt a photo. hmph. y cant the y put his photo? at least legolas is there, but much smaller... haha... was the 104th person, tog wif vanessa and yip.
anw, reached there, sph at ard 8.20. and guess who i saw? yep, stephen. yip was kinda grossed out by him. haha. sorry yip, but he is rather ok. i've known this guy since i was like 7 years old? and he was being so obvious. haha. kinda funny. walked tog to braddell mrt, then he went bishan. (and yip, do u noe that both of u think really alike? he wanted to laminate the poster? maybe u guys shld go do it tog=D)
so went orchard ard 9 plus. it was super early and the shops werent open yet. so we walked up and down wisma and taka. the "roads" were so empty, and i was being so goofy so was like swinging my arms and walking. haha, to prove my point ya noe? yes, the passerbys muz think im mad. aft that, we went mac to had breakfast. was sitting there n chatting for no idea how long? i think it was ard 2 hours.
then we went kino. went totally mad wif lotr there. van wanted to get the picture (or potrait) of dorian gray. but it was kinda ex. guess another time, we spent quite a long time at the lotr section and as we went out, guess wat we saw? kino was playing two towers! and yep, we STOOD there straight to watch it for 2h 30 mins. yeah, we were crazy but it was worth it. haha, in between scenes were browsing the eng mags there and guess wat we saw? saw 3 mags wif lotr stuff. one was on lotr the movie, another orlando bloom n another on my papa, viggo mortensen. gosh, i totally luv viggo. but he's old enuff to be my papa. haha. and all the mags there were wrapped up. hmph. couldnt read.
aft that, yip had to leave. n i was feeling hungry so went to grab sth to eat. then we went popular for a while and went home. i went to yishun popular to look for the physics theory book for van. n guess wat i saw? i saw the vanity fair mag wif viggo on it, AND it was not wrapped! so i stood there and read it. haha, was smiling to myself. ppl muz think im mad. and viggo is totally crazzie!!!!! shall tell you guys, there was once he knocked down a rabbit, instead of like burrying it or sth, he roasted the poor thing and ate it. wat e hell? haha. then while filming lotr, there were times where he wore his aragorn costume n went to stay in the forest. like wat the hell?! haha, but he's extremely intelligent. now, im currently suffering from a mad craze of dl-ing lotr stuff...

xmas party!
xmas party/lunch was awesome. i ate so much! the food was great. wif my aunts making pizzas, beef, more pizzas more beefs. yummy. my godpa brought blue cheese and we had that wif red wine. mmm, not bad. drank some wine too. my bro's face was like red. haha... so farni... and he had so little of it. he claims his face grows red easily, haha, which is quite true, since he din drink much. he's still out now. dunno where he go to drink today? heard something abt clark quay or ms? (mohammad sultan) (oh, juz called, went esplanade, embasy maybe)

my cousin fen bought the panasonic x70!!!!! that girl freakin rich. haha, maybe cuz she's working so got the money for it... lucky girl=)
later going my liuyi's house (6th aunt, mom's side) for christmas lunch/party. mmmm, cant wait. i can imagine the food (my er yi is makin pizza!!!)
sigh, mom's upset. dad's being very selfish again. haiz, y like that? ok, since im bored, i wil tell u the "story". mom wans to go early to my liuyi's house to help prepare the food. before that, they r going for the novena devotion at 10am. then after that go fetch my er yi and the food. but then suddenly, there was a change of arrangements and my er yi is going herself. so dad was thinking attend the 11am devotion instead since no need to go so early rite? but mom wans to go early cuz she wans to help out. which i think there's nothing wrong. then dad wa kinda pissed off. guess he din wanna leave so early. y cant he stand at mom's side for a while? mom alwiz feels bad cuz she hardly helps out when we hav family gatherings and thats true. this is not the first time le. since we r the onli family to hav a car, (my da yi, er yi, si yi, wu yi, liu yi, qi yi, xiao yi all no car) we r unoffically responsible of fetching things n ppl here and there. (althoug my aunt dun realli mind taking the taxi, but no point wasting money rite?) but dad is alwiz not happy to help out. putting my mom in a very difficult position. is it that difficult to drive ppl ard? he has been driving for ard 20 years, driving is like a piece of cake to him. haiz, maybe he doesnt like to go over my mom's side's house. i think i've been to visit my grandma (dad's side) twice the amt of the times i visit my grandma (mom's side). that's totally unfair. haiz...
ok, both dad n mom left juz left, both obviously unhappy. hello! its christmas! but it obviously doenst feel like it...

am surprised that i actually saw some rosythians! yup, like 2 or 3 of them. but sadly not in my class... sec 1 registration was really crazy, had to take measurements for the little kiddos (ok, not THAT little). hope we took it correctly, if not, they r all gonna have wrong sizes for their pe attire. haha...

was thinking this few days, that getting a t610 isnt really a that big a deal. i wan it yes. but this month, the whole family spent alot le, so gonna hold on my fone wish for a while, and hope the price will drop. im so used to my 8250, i can go to the diff sections without lookin at the screen, dunno how am i gonna get used to a sony ericsson fone. hmmm... im suddenly very eager to change my blog template. gonna work on it now... tata

sad, sad, sad....
saw kevin with his gf=( sigh. yeah, i noe he has one, but its juz that ... she looks realli mature and tall (like him). both of them were holding hands... he din see me though, prob cuz its a little difficult to see a short person amongst a big crowd... *sigh* i think all the good guys in the world are extinct le...
saw mel too. she looks fab. was wif her cousins. she asked where i was going n i said home. she said " so early?!" (it was 5pm) haha, prob to her it is early lar... she's prob on leave or sth. (how come she's not out wif colin?)
went creative to fix my mp3. realised that they dun repair and that if there's a fault wif the item, they will replace it. so got another one. kinda missed my mp3. and the one i got has 2 hude scratches on the back . hmph.
dad's nagging again. wats new? he asks me to practice my maths. well, first thing, i hav tons of hw to do. second thing, maths ISNT the ONLY subject im taking, im taking 7 other subjects and i hav TONS of homework for them. and i try telling my parents that i hav to finish my hw first, and they juz dun listen. so wat to do? oh yeah, and he says i've been on the com the whole day. he's WRONG. firstly, the first thing i did when i woke up was to do my hist hw, then he wanted to pay his bills through the net, so i switched on the com. then i checked the address for creative. then after that we went out. i even read my hist textbook in the train so i cld come back and start right away. (i muz look like a total nerd) upon coming home, i continued to do my hist. when both my parents came home, mom wanted me to search sth for her, so i switched on the com, and my dad complained "im on the com the whole day" next time, when i do my work, i will make a huge anouncement so the whole bloody house noes im doing it. hmph. its so ridiculous!

guess wat? my brother wants to get the return of the king dvd too! cuz he thinks the movie missed out alot. so wif the extended version, we can watch it all! that means, we can split the price, and i onli need to pay half! hooray! haha...

i've been eyeing the t610 for sometime, and now its $178. but dad still thinks its still too ex. wat to do? wait lor. haiz. and he doesnt allow me to save money to buy it. and he said some realli weird stuff like camera fones r not allowed in many areas. like army camps (will i go there?)... its a little ridiculous. anyway, im saving up for it, if dad still doesnt allow me to spend my savings on it then maybe i can use it to buy some cds or something else...

Lord of the Rings: The Return of The King
despite being sick (yes, im still sick! wat the heck. argh) i went to watch lotr, and boy am i glad i did. i waited for 2 years for the final show to come out since fellowship of the ring and couldnt wait any longer. yip wanted to watch lotr in ps, 'to follow the tradition". you see, we watch the prev 2 lotr shows in gv plaza. and to our dismay, seats for the time slot we wanted were all SOLD OUT! so i booked e earlier show, and everyone else had to rush out of the house to catch it. glad we were all in time though. haha, i also saw jessica(she was seating behing us) and shawn pang.
the show was great. it was much better than matrix. easy to understand (not like matrix) i love the parts with aragorn in it. notice: this girl is CRAZZIE about aragorn. yip is alwiz making fun of how dirty he looks or how he never baths for days. but, u cant deny that he is such a great person. i admire his courage, his bravery. his whole character. he is one amazing man.
legolas greenleaf. mmmm, i think practically (almost) every girl is crazy over him. guess wat? im one of them! gosh, he is juz so cool in the show! he is like damn graceful, especially during the war at minas tirith(?), the way he killed that elephant thingy. *screams* and his friendship wif gimli the drawf. the way they were counting how many orcs they killed during the war was just hilarious.
the onli thing im disappointed with is the ending. the ending didnt realli show wat happen to all the characters after sauron was defeated. there was a small part of wat happen to aragorn, he was crowned king, was wif arwen, thats all. wat happen after tat? they had a son, aragorn lived a long long life. (longer than normal human anyway) the movie showed gandalf and frodo leaving wif the elves. sam had 2 children wif rosie. then thats all. wat about pippin and merry? wat about legolas n gimli? wat about eowyn?
i wouldnt mind sitting for another hour to watch all this... btw, u realli gotta go catch it!

cHuRcH cAmp!
gosh, it was great! so GLAD i went!
ok, first, it was full of sharings... so had alot of em. and it was onli one nite. i think there were abt 26 ppl. out of which, 5 were onli girls. it was behind the church of the immaculate heart of mary. its this retreat centre that looks beautiful! i shall describe it. it looks like a 3 story terace house. the hall that we gathered had glass doors on all 4 sides of the walls. the staircase was sort of like a winding staircase. actually, it doesnt really feel like a camp, feel more like a chalet.
was in the same group as charlene, wilson, javier n sean yeo. francis was the teaher in our group. kind of lar. n i found out that, he's really quite a good teacher. except for his crappiness nature=) haha. n guess wat? francis is a SADDIST! he threw a poor living ant into the candle. ok, i admit, im no creature loving soul, but letting the poor thing burn slowly to death. thats a disgusting way to die... n francis had this weird obsession wif leg hair. it all started on sunday morning, we had another round of sharings. then francis made us said something that others dun noe about. (sean dyed his hair PURPLE! cool...) javier said something abt him n his sis. then talked about something abt puting on cosmetics. then francis started asking the guys if they use them, like facial wash n stuff, talked until it was nearly breakfast. so we went over to the breakfast table. francis started observing hair on the guys... made some horrible comments... anw, he was commenting abt somebody having lots of leg hair, n that guy said something like. "francis, at least i hav more hair on my leg than u hav on your head" haha, serves him right...
had an interesting dinner on the first nite, guess wat? we ate dinner, BLINDFOLDED! yummy. dun really noe wat i ate. haha, had plenty of chocs though. the food is placed around the tables n u hav to pass it around to eat it... thing is, there were so little food being passed to our side. when i took off my blindfold, found out that i spilled like tons of sauce over the table... someone spilled a whole plate of veg on the floor! wat a waste... but at least, it was fun and totally crazy...

ya noe, i thot i've gotten over him. but after this camp, im not very sure. caught myself starring at him during the camp and laughing to myself when he does somethins realli funny... he's really very cute. n unlike wat sherman says, he's a really nice guy. kinda caring... n really funny n lame. but then its juz an infactuation, juz a crush. onli liked him for his looks not much of his character. plus he has a gf. so, y am i typing this? hmm, havnt really gone as crazy over guys like the past 2 years...

cHuRcH cAmP tOmOrRoW!
my second camp in a week, its happening tml, bet this one will be more meaningful then the guides camp. in the midst of packing and i got so bored.
listening to this disc yip lend me. the celtic circle. im not a big fan of new age music. its kinda nice, very soothing. i feel like im in lala land, riding a horse through a forest. very relaxing...
xmas is nearly reaching, and i havnt started my xmas shopping! haiz, xmas is giving me a headache, i dun noe wat to get for who. sometimes, i wish xmas doesnt involve all the present giving...

gUiDeS cAmP
i WAS so tired man. gotta tell u guys how long i slept. ytd, i slept from 3.30pm all the way to 10pm. woke up for dinner, read some comics, talk to my parents then went back to sleep from 1am all the way to 10 am! im such a pig. haha, but feel so much awake now. (duh, after all the sleeping)
geez, guides camp was realli tiring, we played so many games. first day was tough, wif all the seniors coming back to scold us. had very bad indigestion. prob cuz that idiot jessica made us run up n down after we had dinner. geez, and we had to finish all our food! like force them down. yuck.
2nd day was much fun. after all there was the nite tour to look forward to. had outdoor cooking for lunch. cooked instant noodles and campbell soup. the noodles was so dry and totally unedible. so kit min n i poured mushroom soup on the noodles... n guess wat? it was totally delicious!!! yummy. only bad thing was it was damn salty. haha, but yummy....
the nite tour was quite fun the first part. but at the end it got really boring cuz we were all so sleepy! went nite safari first, then changi airport, newton food centre, mount faber, jurong fishery port, pasir panjang where they sell all the veg. i din really noe wat happen after mount faber was sleeping liao. juz remembered, bernice n jaclyn telling love stories:)
the third day had so much waiting. we sat ard waiting and waiting. in the end, the camp ended late. couldnt wait to go home but gotta go for the ogl "training". i juz sat ard sitting n watching, din had energy to move at all.
start reading x. the drawing is totally horrible! is all clamp books drawn so badly? im not sure, this is the first clamp book im reading. but gor said that it will get better, and the storyline is really good. gonna get the rest of the book from yip later.

geez, havnt blog in a LONG time..
today went to the sji concert wif elaine and her friend sherman. i dun really know how to appreciate this type of music, but what was an eye-opener was probably the style it is presented. nomad was a really formal kinda thingy. at least, ms tan wanted it this way. she doesnt like ppl to cheer out loud. she didnt want the emcees to joke amongst themselves while presenting. she wanted us to be really serious. as if, entering the esplanade... its all crap. while at the sji concert i can actually feel the "school spirit"... at the end, there were tons of encoring, the school song were sung proudly and wif pride, nearly everybody in the auditorium cheered loud together...
the concert ended at 10. reached orchard at 10 plus. was feeling really rebellious (and hungry, thirsty) so rain n i hang around for a while to get a bite before going home. walked down orchard road and the lights were stunning... y cant the lights be put up very single day? maybe it costs money...
reached at yishun at 11.40. was worried that i couldnt catch the last bus. while waiting, guess who i saw? kevin! this cute guy who lives juz above me... he's my bro's fren. was relieved to hear from him that the last bus was much later... talked about random things. he's quite a nice guy. really glad he was there... kinda brightened up my day (nite). he was talking about tuition (mom wans him to give me tuition), his school, exam results, ccas... he thought i was in jc... taking a levels next year... anyway, he's really nice and im glad we came home together=)
